TFIS has contracted directly with some of our insurance company service centers, so you can call them directly for immediate policy service. This is the fastest and most efficient method for policy service.

Option 2: Email TFIS
Email your request to our service center by clicking here. After you send your request, TFIS will process these changes as soon as possible. However, please know that no coverage changes are effective until confirmed by either TFIS or the insurance company.

You can call us at 800 201-3428 ext. 804, and we will make, or request the change with the insurance company on your behalf.
